楼主您好  首先感谢您的无私分享，愿您好人有好报！您每个回复我都仔细看了，养生方也在喝，现在请教您个问题：我看您给有些朋友推荐服用金匮肾气丸，请问您所说的金匮肾气丸是指八味药的（药店里卖的叫桂附地黄丸）呢？还是指十味药的（药店里卖的叫金匮肾气丸）呢？我可能是肾阳虚  手脚冰凉 腰痛  斑秃  早泄  尿频 尿不尽  如果要喝药该买哪种？（是药店里卖的桂附地黄丸还是金匮肾气丸？）

谢谢楼主的回复！！我现在每天下午晚饭后都去打球锻炼，一小时左右，这个活动量可以吗？现在正在喝中药治疗斑秃，服药期间在禁欲，等斑秃好了后再来跟您请教如何吃药治疗，再次感谢楼主！！谢谢！！
