这种不好，时间长了你就知道了，我也经常这样，包括以前和女友做爱的时候，感觉腰和肾脏会损伤！还是让直接出来的好，不要憋不要停，还有你如果不让它出来，腰会很酸，得缓好长时间，而且晚上睡觉的时候也会遗精遗出来！
